HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
Welcome to my blog. This
is my first crafting blog. I have followed the blogs of other crafters but am
of the generation that hasn’t embraced social media and therefore never started
a blog of my own. I decided I might as well get with the times
and start my new blog on this first day of 2014 as a way to get off to a good
start and craft on a more regular basis.
I really want to build up my card stash.
I thought if I start to share my
crafting publicly, it will force me to craft on a regular basis and use up some
of my craft supplies that are just are just sitting here collecting dust. Hopefully it will prevent me from waiting
until the last minute to make something when I need to have a card or gift for
someone. I usually end up making
something in a hurry and not being satisfied with the outcome. This past
Christmas I was frantically making Christmas cards on Christmas morning that I
needed to deliver that day. Never again!
I’m hoping this blog will help me to avoid repeating that again this year. I am looking forward to sharing my projects
with you. Stay tuned!
