Hello,
I hope everyone had a great weekend. I have been working on
several cards. I’m building my personal supply of cards to have on hand to send
out to family and friends. I also want
to participate in one or two holiday craft fairs this year so I am also making
cards for those fairs. My aim is to have 1000 cards completed by mid-November. That should give me enough cards for my
stash, the craft fairs and for donations to charity. So far I have 73 cards that are pretty much
complete. I’ve created 162 card fronts that
need to be made into cards. This weekend
I trimmed card stock and stamped 88 images that need to be colored.
Below are six cards I have just completed. As you can see, it is the same card done in
different colors.
All of the cards are made with Fun Stampers Journey products. The butterfly is from the Beautiful Wings stamp set. It is a three layer
stamp. The butterfly was stamped on a whip
cream cardstock mat cut at 4 7/16 x 3 5/16, the colored mats were cut at 4 5/8 x 3 3/8. The mats were mounted on 5 ½ x 4 ¼ whip cream top
folding card bases. All of the cards were layered
inside with the same mat as the outside. No sentiment inside.
